买了Shield 4 Relais V2 接在Arduino上打算控制4个灯泡（分2组，每组2个灯泡）
不知道在灯泡选择上有没有限制和要求。以下是说明书（英语太烂，一知半解）求救高人解答！！

The shield can control 4 relay 4 relay with maximum switching 70W DC or 35V AC.
It can be controlled with an Arduino.
Note: Place two layers（这里不太懂是要放2个什么东西在哪？？） of electrical insulation on top of the USB connector of the Arduino riquer not short-circuit with pine shield.

第一次跨专业尝试做装置艺术，第一次接触arduino，对电路什么的一片迷茫，在法国语言沟通有难度，求国内高手帮忙！！！！ 谁知道说明书上说的电流限制70W DC or 35V AC具体指的啥？能接家用220v的那种灯泡吗，我要接4个灯泡（两个红的两个绿的）。如果能接，每个瓦数有限制么？假如用15w相当于60w的4个节能灯行吗？？
稍微解释一下我想要的效果，就是一次亮一种颜色的2个灯，两种颜色的灯交替着亮。希望灯光越亮越好。目的是照亮一面5米乘5米的墙。所以在条件允许的可能下我想要尽量买瓦数大一点的灯。
