Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining Microduino website including online store and community forum; update and improve technical application documents about Microduino products on Wiki.
- Prepare and publish technical graphs for Microduino new products; maintain and update product description on Microduino website.
- Establish and maintain good communication with customers; provide technical support and purchase suggestions based on customer's requirement; introduce Microduino products' features and capabilities, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collect and organize feedback from customers including suggestions for product improvement and design; analyze customer's future demand for custom made products.
- Provide prompt feedback to R&D and sales team to ensure accurate understanding of product's market trending.
Job Requirements:
- Major in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.
- Effective communication skills and problem solving ability.
- Ability to translate technical documents between English and Chinese; good oral English skills preferred.
- Excellent customer service awareness, experience in online technical support preferred.
- Candidates with great interest and experience in open source hardware products are preferred (Training will be provided)
